Job Description: We are looking for a full-time Business Account Manager to join our team.

• High proficiency in oral and written communication in Cantonese/Mandarin would be an asset.

• Actively prospect for potential customers using various direct methods
• Building trust and loyalty with key decision-makers
• Conduct “needs analysis” for clients’
• Understanding current and prospective customers communication needs, business issues and buying motives
• Delivering the right solution for client’s evolving business requirements with prompt and efficient service
• Provide accurate and timely forecast, funnel management, target/objective updates to deliver on all territory plans
• Promote TELUS reputation as a community ambassador, supporting events and building community relations”
• Act as a subject matter expert on TMR products and services
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills while dealing with business clients
• Able to sell/manage business solutions and manage the client life cycle
• Selecting and qualifying profitable opportunities
• Achieving sales volume objectives with business customer accounts
• Sales volume – (During Probation period: 30/3 months, after probation: minimum 20/monthly)
• Ability to deliver on growth and profitability
